Kal Krishnan brings a proven track record to Premier Materials as an inclusive and strategic business leader. Recognized for driving high engagement through trust, teamwork, and collaboration, he has successfully delivered long-term growth and profitability to a number of industries both nationally and globally.
Prior to joining Premier, Kal served as VP of Product Management for Gems Sensors & Controls and was instrumental in driving transformative growth for the company. He previously held various product, marketing, and strategic leadership roles at Sensata Technologies and Booz & Company.
Kal holds two master’s degrees, one in business administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan, and another in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bharathiar University in India.
- Marcus HillTRU-COLOR™ Sales Manager
Marcus Hill joins the Premier Materials team as TRU-COLOR™ Sales Manager, responsible for coordinating bulk product orders for our customers. He brings over 15 years of industry experience to Premier, having served in various sales and business development roles in both North America and Canada for companies including Mondo USA and Ultimate RB.
Marcus holds a bachelor’s degree from College of William & Mary and earned his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law.

- Donnie BementSales & Service Manager
As manager of the business development team at Premier, Donnie Bement oversees pick and pack sales for customers purchasing our rubber granules, mulch, buffings, and binder products. He brings a wide range of business experience to the company, having served in sales, service, and health & safety management roles for the mining, industry supply, and heavy equipment industries.
Donnie earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University. He also holds certifications from the International Society of Mine Safety Professionals, Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA), Systems Improvement, Inc., and OSHA.
